Definition
The National Research Council (NRC) faculty quality ratings are used by the Association of American Universities (AAU) as a membership eligibility indicator. The AAU eligibility indicator is a weighted institutional average of doctoral granting departmental ratings compiled by the National Science Foundation (NSF) maintained WebCASPAR office. These data were provided to the USF Office of Decision Support by the WebCASPAR Data Manager.
