Definition
Citations are tracked in two ways:
- The Florida Board of Governors tracks the number of persons at each SUS institution who are listed as Highly Cited Scholars in the database maintained by ISIHighlyCited.com. The number of Highly Cited Scholars per institution is reported here.
- The Association of American Universities (AAU) considers citations as a membership eligibility measure. The U.S. University Science Indicators citations database provides annually updated information.
